Found a stack of Lorcana cards, or want to clear out your collection? Most cards are only worth a few cents, but some fetch hundreds or even thousands of euros. On this page you'll read how to see what your cards are worth in a few minutes, and which cards are the most expensive right now.
How to quickly see what your cards are worth
- Sort by rarity. At the bottom of every card there's a rarity symbol next to the card number. Put Enchanted, Iconic, Epic, Legendary and Super Rare aside: that's almost always where the value is.
- Check whether the card is foil. A foil version is often worth a lot more than the same card without foil.
- Look up the price. The best-known price source in Europe is the trend price on Cardmarket. Faster: look up your cards or paste your list on our Sell Lorcana cards page. You then instantly see per card what we offer for it, based on current Cardmarket prices.
- Count the rest as bulk. Commons and uncommons without special value are easiest to sell per 100.
What determines the value of a Lorcana card?
Rarity
The rarer the card, the higher the price usually is. From low to high: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Super Rare and Legendary. Above those are the special versions: Enchanted cards (an alternative, borderless image with special foil, often with a number higher than the number of cards in the set, such as 210/204), and in newer sets Epic and Iconic. That last group is by far the most valuable.
Foil or not
Most cards exist in a regular and a foil version. The foil version is rarer and therefore often worth more. Enchanted, Epic and Iconic cards only exist as foil.
Condition
A card in Near Mint condition (as good as new) is worth the most. White edges, scratches, creases or a curled foil lower the price, sometimes considerably for expensive cards. So keep valuable cards in a sleeve and toploader.
Language
Lorcana is published in English, German, French and Italian, among others. English cards are often worth more than the same card in another language, because most players and collectors look for them.
Demand from players
Even regular cards can become more valuable if they are played in strong tournament decks. Such prices do fluctuate: when a new set comes out or the meta changes, a card can quickly become cheaper or more expensive.

Frequently asked questions
What is the most expensive Lorcana card?
That changes with the market. The table above shows the most expensive cards right now, based on today's Cardmarket trend prices. We leave out rare event promo cards.
How do I recognise an Enchanted card?
An Enchanted card has no border: the image runs across the whole card, with a special foil. The card number is often higher than the number of cards in the set, such as 210/204.
Are my commons and uncommons worth anything?
Usually only a few cents each. In larger quantities you can sell them as bulk: we buy them per 100.
Do Lorcana cards increase in value?
Some do, especially rare cards from sets that are no longer printed. But prices also go down, for example when a card is played less. So buy cards mainly because you like them or want to play them, not as an investment.
